Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges/Damages

Please contact us regarding a broken/damaged item, an incorrect item, or a missing item. Send photos along with order information to inscentivebodyoils@gmail.com and we will resolve any issues.

For any returns or exchanges due to any other reason, email us at inscentivebodyoils@gmail.com to initiate the process within 30 days.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions /Non-returnable items
Gift cards and custom/special request orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.

 

Refunds

A full refund can be provided after an order is placed if it is before the package is in transit. An unopened or unused package can be returned for a refund within 30 days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund status. Once the package contents are confirmed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at inscentivebodyoils@gmail.com.
